• Install, configure, and maintain video surveillance and access control systems
• Upgrade and service security and automation systems
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve on site
• Travel to customer sites in Calgary and surrounding areas (company vehicle after probation)
• Train clients on system operation and maintenance
• Document service activities accurately
• Work independently and collaborate with other technicians to deliver excellent customer care and project efficiency

• 2+ years experience installing and servicing CCTV or access control systems
• Field experience running wires, connecting devices, and basic programming
• Interest and aptitude for electronics, computer networking, and system integration
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability and independence
• High School Diploma, fluent English, valid Driver's License, and clear criminal record
